Mowrer Residence is a warm, layered residential design, where traditional architectural references meet a more relaxed contemporary sensibility.

The interior is defined by a sophisticated material palette of richly toned woods, expressive natural stone, warm brass, soft neutrals, deep navy, and muted olive green. Architectural arches, custom built-ins, tailored cabinetry, and subtle wall detailing provide a timeless foundation, while sculptural furniture and statement lighting introduce a distinctly contemporary character.

In the kitchen, dramatic veined stone becomes a focal point against understated cabinetry and warm metallic finishes. The primary bathroom introduces checkerboard stone flooring and deep green tile, creating an unexpected yet timeless contrast. Throughout the living areas, richly textured upholstery, vintage-inspired rugs, curved silhouettes, and custom woodwork create a more intimate, collected atmosphere.

Rather than relying on a single decorative style, the residence balances classic architecture, organic materiality, contemporary comfort, and understated luxury resulting in spaces that feel curated, personal, and designed to evolve beautifully over time.
