This hospitality project is conceived as a refined, immersive retreat where architecture, nature, and wellness converge into a seamless experience. The design language is rooted in warmth, softness, and organic minimalism, combining natural stone textures, wood finishes, and ambient lighting to create a serene yet sophisticated atmosphere.
At the heart of the project, the reception area welcomes guests with a sculptural, softly curved desk framed by vertical wood panels and textured stone walls. Integrated lighting—both linear and indirect enhances the architectural forms, while greenery introduces a biophilic layer that immediately connects visitors with a sense of calm and exclusivity. The program is thoughtfully distributed to offer a complete lifestyle experience. Social areas include a restaurant and bar designed with an intimate, atmospheric ambiance, alongside a dedicated nightclub zone that contrasts with a more dynamic and vibrant identity. For quieter moments, the project incorporates a reading lounge and a children’s area, ensuring comfort for all types of guests.
Wellness is a central pillar of the design. The spa area includes a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room (turco), and dedicated spaces for pilates and a fully equipped gym. Each environment is carefully curated with soft lighting, natural materials, and fluid spatial transitions to promote relaxation and well-being. The private areas consist of elegantly designed guest rooms that maintain the same cohesive aesthetic light, airy, and grounded in natural tones. Complementing the experience, a boutique space offers curated products aligned with the project’s identity.
Outdoor amenities expand the experience into a resort-like setting. Multiple pools are connected through a sculptural bridge, surrounded by cabanas that provide privacy and comfort. The landscape design integrates water features, fountains, and lush vegetation, reinforcing the tranquil atmosphere. Additionally, the project includes recreational facilities such as tennis, football, and basketball courts, offering both leisure and active engagement. Overall, the project balances luxury and tranquility, creating a holistic destination where guests can relax, socialize, and reconnect within a cohesive and timeless architectural vision.
